Elisabeth A. Reilly, APRN, CLC
Elisabeth has more than 28 years of pediatric health care experience to offer new families. She is a certified nurse practitioner/lactation counselor and is a mom to 3 thriving children. As a lactation counselor, she inspires breastfeeding success.
Her passion is inspiring calm and confident parents. When baby planning, she helps new moms and dads to become successful parents while promoting the health of their children. In addition to her many years of pediatric practice, Elisabeth has 12 years of teaching experience in pediatrics as a member of the Yale University faculty.
She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts in French and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education, and a graduate of Yale University with a Master of Science in Nursing. Elisabeth enjoys cherished time with her husband and children, wider family gatherings, swimming and yoga, travel and speaking French.
Inspired by her work with families and her personal experience, she provides lactation consultation and an array of baby planning services, advice, parent education and encouragement to Connecticut parents who are nurturing their children.
Alissa R. Roman, MBA
Alissa has a wealth of planning experience and is a business consultant and special events coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Masters of Business Administration (specializing in Marketing) from Fairfield University.
Her background includes research in obesity (prevention and food marketing) and operations at Yale University. Alissa currently works as a project manager in an international market research firm.
